An air agitation system intensifies the washing result.Working PrincipleThis fruit washer is made for cleaning and sanitizing of all fruit. All fruit with or without buoyancy can be sent into it. The fruit washer machine consists of stainless steel flume, input pipe, spray pipe, air pipe and idle wheel in the multi fruit production line process. At the bottom of the flume, bubble pipe is arranged. The fruits can be floated and washed by high pressure air from the pipe. Fruits and vegetables sent to the conveyor belt, and then the transpiration roller will roll itself for the friction, which makes the fruits and vegetables washed. This machine is driven by the CVT - continuously variable transmission, uses oxygen added bubble washing, oxygen adding pump, flume, and inflating pipe series and holed partition board.
