This assembly line produces accompanying tooling. The clogging detection device uses advanced pressure sensors to accurately detect clogged needles. After checking the clogged needles, the problematic products will be removed after subsequent siliconization operations. Before loading the small sheathing machine, the optical fiber is used to detect whether there are qualified products on the tooling. If there is no product in a certain position on the tooling, the sheathing will not be applied at that position in front of the sheathing machine. The large and small sheathed hoppers adopt fully automatic detection and feeding.
