1. Introduction:
(1) PP/PE/PVC wood plastic granulator production line is mainly used for mixing granulating of PP/PE/PVC virgin material or recycled material with wood powder and other chemical agents, the granules got are dense and even.
(2) Features of the wood plastic granulator production line:
It consists of extruder, granulating / pelletizing machine head / die, granule cutting machine, 3 level wind conveying.
a. Parallel twin screw features: it is made of twin alloy screw with deep screw groove, big screw distance, big capacity, no compressor structure and barrel; there is air ventilation exit on the barrel;
b. Extruding dies: the material is high quality die steel and hard chrome plated, with reasonably distributed flow runner to ensure even extrusion of granules; precise cutter could ensure straight smooth cut end;
c. Cooling system: 3D cooling structure, some sets of strong fans combining with new type cooling way for best cooling effect, high efficiency, low energy consumption.
