Our kettles are sufficiently protected from direct contact with the burner flames. The bottom of the kettle is insulated using refractory casting and fiber.
Corrotech prefers to use Zinc Kettle produced by W Pilling, Germany. The kettle is Ultrasonically tested and Electroslag welded.
