Operating Principle:
Hammer Crusher crush materials by impact force. Its main component is the rotor containing hammer (also called hammerhead).The materials are delivered into the equipment, and crushed by the quickly moving hammer. The broken material obtain force from the hammer, dash onto the impact plate and screen plate at a high-speed. At the same time materials beat each other and repeat this action many times.At last the crushed materials with grain size smaller than the meshes opening are discharged through screen plate, while those with grain size larger than the meshes are left on the screen plate to undergo impacting, grinding and extruding by the hammer, and finally discharged through the screen plate.
