Heat resisting ready mix paint suitable up to a dry heat of 2000C - 4000C

Composition: Two Aluminum paint on synthetic varnish modified with silicon.

Colour: Metallic Aluminum

Finish: Bright Lustrous Smooth Finish

Volume Solids: 21 (+-2)%

Dry Film Thickness: 25 microns per coat

Theoretical Spreading Rate OR Covering Capacity: 10 Sq. M/Ltr. at dry film thickness of 25 microns

Viscosity: 40-45 sec by B4 Ford Cup.

Recommended Thinner: 3 AcA A SAcA A Thinner.

Appliction: Clean surface free from rust, dust, grease & oil is an ideal surface for such application. Before application mix the two ingredients namely Aluminum Paste & Varnish stir them to form a homogenous paint and apply using a brush. For spraying the paint 5-7% thinner should be added.
