High concentration super soft smooth and stable block silicone oil GTS is made my special polyether and multi-element block organic silicone. It is mainly used in the finishing of cotton, polyester-cotton, polyester fabric; gives the fabric soft, smooth and fluffy style and good permeability. The treated fabrics by this product has features of extremely low yellowing, excellent hydrophily and fine repair performance, as well as high temperature resistance, acid, alkali resistance, shear force resistance and good co-bath.

Properties
Excellent hydrophilic finishing effect, improve textile quality, endow fabric comfortable wearing feeling.
2. After finishing, fabric has soft and slippery hand feeling, with lightly influence on fabric whiteness and colored light.
3. If the dyed fabric needs to redye after finishing , do it without removing the softening agent, which has no influence on the dyeing, and with deep dyed color, pure coloured light and brilliancy.

Application method
Application range.
Purified cotton knitted and woven fabric hydrophily and softening finishing.
Polyester cotton knitted and woven fabric hydrophily and softening finishing.
Purified polyester knitted and woven fabric hydrophily and softening finishing.
Thinning method
Put product in container, then slowly adding soft water by a quantity of eight to ten times of the oil GTS.
Taking sample. Check appearance and colorless clear liquid is acceptable.
Filtering. Using 150-200 mesh nylon net. Ejection of compact and packing.
Reference dosage.
Padding method (dilution liquid) 20-50 g/L
Dipping method (dilution liquid) 2-6 %(o.w.f)
