High molecular weight processing aid can effectively adjust the density and size of the foam, greatly improve the melt strength of PVC materials, effectively wrap the foaming gas, form a uniform honeycomb structure, prevent the gas from escaping, and reduce the density of products.It is effective in controlling uniform foam cell structure and foam density control, improve processing window and enhance impact through faster fusion control for wide rigid PVC applications. Melt elasticity, melt strength and sizing can be improved through the use of high molecular weight processing aid.Its ultra high foaming efficiency enables converters to meet the most demanding requirements in foam core pipes and foam profile formulations using lower addition levels,suggested starting point is 75% of competitive products level.

ACR adheres to PVC resin particles through long molecular chain, transfers the external heat and shear force to the resin, promotes its melting and plasticization, reduces the processing temperature, improves the melt strength, improves the appearance quality of products, and does not reduce the rigidity of PVC.
