Disc Brake:the gas-liquid conversion clamp brake makes better braking effects for warp beams and rollers. The guide roll adopts electromagnetic brake system.
Pressure device for grey yarn beam:inclinde rail linear pressure equipment. The pressure is steady and constant.this presser roll is made from hard paper and strengthened with light metel end rings to avoid friction on the thread sheet.
Safety device: to aviod falling off the beam in case of sudden power cut or gas stop, the safety device can lock the poking fork of the beam when the above vases happen.
Operating walkway: placed in front of the warping machine.
Control: 10.4 inch Touch screen makes operation be convinient and display be clear and visual.
Blowing device: the interim blowing device can keep clean of reed teeth and the interim time can be set freely.
