High Speed Steel Strip

These High Speed Steel Strips are available with following specifications :
Anneal temperature: 840-860oC
Relief annealing temperature: 720-760oC
Hardening temperature: 1200-1235oC
Hardening medium: salt bath under 600, also use oil cooling or air cooling
Normal temper temperature: 540-560oC
RC Rockwell Hardness after hardening and tempering: 64-67

Characteristic:Tungsten-molybdenum high speed steel, better performance of hardness, red hardness, thermoplasticity, machinability than W6Mo5Cr4V2 . Weak in impact toughness and intensity.

Application: Can be used in the manufacture of high capacity cutting tools to bear impact force ,such as saw blade etc.Also can be used in manufacture of bimetal saw blade.
