Flour mixer is a cooking equipment mixing dough with certain amount of flour, water (recommended proportion of dough and water is 1:0.4 a 1: 0.45) and other auxiliary materials. It is mainly used to prepare dough for making of steamed bun, steamed stuffed bun, dumplings, bread, etc. The dough mixer is classified into two types as per the model: vertical and horizontal type.
