Field Of Application.
Hot Cutting Circular Saw Blades for rough parting of hot steel items at above 700*C. Numerous Particular processing method & greatest care during manufacturing guarantees top performance at extra demanding requirements for the cutting of bars, billets, rails, sections, tubes & profiles. It is used with Stationary Sawing Plants in hot rolling mills & extrusion lines & diameter up to 2,500 mm.

a c75Cr 1(1.2003) standard for small diameters,hardened & tempered all over,C = 0.75%
a c51Mn 7 For medium( hardened & tempered all over) & large ( with hardened tooth tip) diameter, C=0.55%
a cSpecial Steel grade BL50, BL55 & BL80 for all diameters, alloy optimized for long blade life & low addiction to cracking.
Lateral Faces.
a cBlack Rolled ( Standard) Finish = Side faces of saw blade not ground for moderate cutting clearance. Balanced blades.
a cFlat ground finish = Side faces of the saw blade parallel ground upon customers request.
a cHollow ground and off-set finish. Side faces are hollow ground, Optionally off set ground & balanced after flat grinding: for maximum cutting clearance, reduced burr forming & high cut quality.
