Key Features

The mixture of de-husked rice, paddy grains and husk is subject to sieving cum aspiration. To separate husk from the grains, sieving prior to aspiration helps in separating and recovering the small brokens (germs and tips) formed during shelling. Light weight paddy husk is separated from the heavier paddy and rice by aspiration. There is

* Increased yield of rice.
The mixture of the products as produced by the dehusker is sieved through a slightly tilted vibrating sieve. Vibrating speed is kept high enough to statify the product and to prevent the large or the medium sized brokens from filling the sieve perforation. The husk is sucked by the fan and is expelled out while the mixture of rice and paddy falls into the duct.
