Hydraulic Roof Supports

Our range of Hydraulic Roof Supports control the height of, and provide support to, the mine roof of the working face during the coal mining process, allowing armored-face conveyors and shearers to operate underneath. The hydraulic roof support generally accounts for over 50% of the total value of a coal mining and excavating system.
As of March 31, 2012, the Group had an annual production capacity of 20,800 units of hydraulic roof supports. In addition, the Group is one of the few manufacturers in the PRC able to design and manufacture high-end hydraulic roof supports complying with EU standard EN1804. In 2004, the Group developed Chinaa s first set of high-end hydraulic roof supports with electronic hydraulic control systems, which has emerged as a significant domestic alternative to imported high-end hydraulic roof supports and has been widely used by domestic coal mining enterprises since then. In addition, the Group is one of the few hydraulic roof support manufacturers in the PRC able to manufacture electro-hydraulic control systems, these systems are a main component of high-end hydraulic roof supports.
