The IG product are unique withultra high viscositywith slow/ fast hydration characteristics. The products find application as emulsifiers, thickener, binding agent, gelling agent, disintegrating agent, granulating agent, protective colloid, film forming agent, bulking agent, suspending agent, flocculating & settling agent, water proofing, friction reducing, hardening agent, and dietary fibers.
