The main rollers are made from Mild Steel seamless pipe coated with Ebonite. The differential Bevel gears in the gear box are manufactured from special steel duly case hardened fitted with GM Bush for long life without any wear and tear. Specially make Ratchet Brakes with proper Brake liners control the entire tension of the fabric. Ball Bearing type Brake Drum can be provided on request. Perfectly balanced heavy duty floating device with 2 Stainless Steel guide rollers running on bush bearing are provided to prevent the cloth from any tension. Stainless Steel non magnetic of 304 quality 16 guage is utilized for the trough with direct Stainless Steel coil and Stainless Steel guide rollers. (Indirect coil on pequets). Jiggers can be supplied in width of 48", 60", 66", 72", 84" & 96" to 120". The machine is provided with electric motor, panel, push button starter of standard make.
