We are involved in supplying of IR Heating Oven For Paint to our clients in Foshan, Guangdong, China. This machine is used after the laser roller coating, also the water base color, and the curtain coating or spraying,
it can make the material leveling, and volatile the solvent or water from the paint, improve the drying effect and the
surface effect.
1. The conveyors adopt the chain steel tube pipe conveyor,distance is 7CM,length is 12M,width is 1320MM.
2. Adopting the IR heating lamps,total 15 pcs,1.2KW/pc.
3. Adopting the Taiwan Songda brand motor,the conveyor motor is 2HP,the wind recycle motor is 1/2HP .
4. Equipped with Shihlin inverter.
5. The control panel is steal metal panel, easy to control, operating direction is from left to right.
6. Exhaust gas by using two groups of centrifugal fan, 120W, 380V.
7. Drying covers adopt a double-layer device, built-in heat insulation cotton.
8. Oven temperature subsection control, each segment can be controlled independently, is provided with a temperature control instrument, when the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating pipe automatically extinguished to achieve power saving.
9. The electric control box voltage meter, ammeter, contactor are CHINT and Schneider brand.
10. Adjustable temperature range of 0~150 A C.
11. With wheel equipment for easy moving the machine.
