Key Features
1) Water/Juice/Soda can be fed from room temperature and the outlet temperature would be 2 degree centigrade. This can directly be injected into the bottling unit for packaging and thus avoiding the need for any intermediate storage and eventual temperature loss. The advantage of such systems is that carbon-di-oxide penetration would be highest at 2 degree centigrade.
2) The units eliminate the use of harmful ethylene glycol coolant. Teccon online chillers use R22/R407C as refrigerant
3) The chilling plants use SS304 (Food grade) as the material of construction and uses energy efficient compressors
