About Our Company  In Shikoku Island in southern Japan, the area of Sanuki (now Kagawa Prefecture) has long been known for salt production. For many years, Shoal beaches at Sanuki produced 80 percent of Japan salt. Wheat and soybeans thrived because to the abundant sunshine and open fields.
