Product Description
Kemclean-001 is a powerful solvent emulsion cleaner used by spray application to remove heavy oil grease or any foreign contamination on the surfaces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be used by hand application also. It converts oils and grease into a material which can be dragged out with fresh water or chemical solution jet.

Product Operating Procedure
Kemclean-001 may be used either neat or as an emulsion in water. The oiled component is brought into contact with the cleaner by brushing, spraying or prolonged immersion applications. It penetrates the oil grease film and then emulsifies them, which are removed finally from the surfaces with jet spray. D.G. Cleaner tank may be desludged periodically to remove accumulated dirt and other contaminates. While preparing solution, add Kemclean-001 to warm water. In operation, maintain pH - 7.5 - 8.5.

By Immersion Applications
The components which are to be cleaned should be first of all dipped into Kemclean-001 tank at a room temperature only.

Dip Time: 10 tanks
After cleaning the components in Kemclean-001 chemical, they should be thoroughly rinsed with cold water by spray. If the rinsing tank is used by immersion, an agitation is must in the cold rinsing tank, in order to obtain best cleaning. The water rinsing tanks should always be over flowed continuously in order to avoid the excess contamination in the rinsing tank.

By Brush Applications
The second method is by brush application method. The components should be wiped out with rags or by brush (with our Kemclean-001) cleaner and leave the components for 5 minutes and finally rinsed with cold water to remove this emulsion cleaner.

Product Application Equipment
Kemclean-001 tank should be fabricated with 3-4 mm thick M.S. Plates with continuous agitation arrangement by convection current from a heating unit. Agitation should be provided.

Testing and Control Procedure
No chemical test is required. Kemclean-001 is consumed by drag out only and this can be maintained with fresh Kemclean-001 chemical only.

Chemical Replenishment
The kemclean-001 tank can never be discarded. After a considerable time, when the contaminants like oil or soil float on the tank, then Kemclean-001 solution should be transferred to the next rinsing tank and allow the chemical to settle down overnight. Then on the next day again filter Kemclean-001 in the first D.G. Cleanser Tank and maintain the level of the tank by adding fresh Kemclean-001 chemical in the tank and start production.

Safety Measures
Kemclean-001 is a solvent base material having low flash point and is therefore inflammable. Smoking and naked flames should be avoided in the viscinity of the cleaning tank. The most important factor is that water should be mixed which effects the efficiency of the Kemclean-001 solution.
