Material: Cotton tape in approx. 250mm wide at the weight of 160~250gsm made of 100% absorbent cotton

Embossing Roller : This additional unit enables to emboss cotton tape with any desired design. Embossing improves the stability of the product and makes it look more attractive.

Marking Device : SD-600 is equipped with a marking device which upon reaching the pre-selected number of pieces, marks the last cotton pad. the marking is only visible with a built in black light.

Electric Control : Human Machine Interface system. It allows the operator to find an error easily through touch screen.

Power Consumption & Compressed Air : 5.45KW & 6 Bar

Cutting Device : Durable four (4) cutting molds make round cotton pads. As per customer's requirement, the shape and size of cutting molds can be designed.

Production Capacity : Upto 960pads in 57~60mm diameter of round pads per minute.
