Kr Series Emulsion Metalworking Oils

Following are the Main Types and Characteristics of KR Series Emulsion Metalworking Oils :-
(1) KR-1 Extreme pressure type emulsion oili Product contains oily agents and extreme pressure additives, has better lubricating, cooling, and cleaning properties, and can be used for most cutting and grinding operations.
(2) KR-2 Synthetic emulsion oil: Product contains no mineral oil. It consists of synthetic and antibacterial materials. It has excellent lubrication property, longer service life, better biodegradable property and is friendly to the working environment
(3) KR-3 Emulsion metalworking oil for stainless steel : It contains many kinds of extreme pressure additive ,has excellent anti-friction and anti-sticking properties, applicable for stainless steel and heat-resisting alloy metallic material those are difficult to process
(4) KR-4 Emulsion oil for Aluminum alloysi The pH value of diluted working fluids is at the passivation region of aluminum. It contains special aluminum corrosion inhibitors, and has excellent lubrication, anti-corruption, and anti-adhesion properties.
(5) KR-5 Anti-miscellaneous-oil emulsion oili It adopts special formula to separate miscellaneous oils, such as spindle oil, guide oil, and hydraulic oil. It is especially suitable for the case in which the concentration management of the diluted fluids is demanded.
