This Lab Double Shafts Planetary Mixer with Presser is a high-efficiency mixing and stirring equipment with no dead spot. Working capacity range can be designed from 2L to 20L. It features unique and novel stirrer mode, with two shafts inside of the vessel. While revolving around the axle of the vessel, the stirrers also rotate around its own axis, to achieve complicated movement of strong shearing and kneading for materials. The shafts can be designed with different shape include twisted, hinge, vertical framed or buttfy-shaped. Vessel has special sealing structure, capable of pressurized and vacuumized mixing, with excellent exhaust and bubble removal effect. Vessel jacket can be designed with heating or cooling function according customer requirements. The equipment is well sealed. The vessel cover can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, and vessel can be moved freely for operation easily.
