Along with the drive controls, other electrical and electronic controls of the machine like the blower controls, heating controls, pneumatic controls are also taken care of in the panel supplied. Machine specific designs are made to ensure operator convenience. System also consists of remote control panels fitted on the machine at different locations for ease of operation. Seven motor drive system incorporates additional rewind and unwind drives for machines fitted with turret on both ends. For automatic splicing at running speeds, waveform controls has developed plc based controls which ensure auto splicing and reel changeover at high speeds.
