The current output is 5 million terminal post/pillars per year. MSS India supplying a range of pillars from large i.e. 3Kg to small as 0.05 Kg in a variety of different lead alloys like Tin alloy and antimony alloy with 9% & 4.5% antimony content. The pillars are all cast with a very high quality/high strength brass insert. These inserts can be cast in the plain brass finish or with a lead electroplated finish depending on customer specification. All the manufactured terminal post inspected and tested for different quality parameters like standard dimensional checks and rigorously tested for torque test, and the bonding between the insert and lead cast material.
