Leno Healds having closed loops OR laterally opened spot welded 'C'
OR 'J' end loops Healds made of stainless steel cold rolled strips OR
high carbon cold rolled Spring Steel strips duly Nickel Plated to
facilitate any type of Warp yarns.
Repair Healds: Harden & tempered plates welded on both
the Heald ends are known as repair Healds. They are used for
replacing broken Healds OR missing ends by simply hooked to the Heald
Carrying Bar on the Leno Heald Frame.
Leno Doups: complete range of Leno Doups having Moon type /
Slotted type (Super Doups) in different width thickness & shapes
are made from Harden & Tempered Stainless Steel Strip OR Harden &
Tempered Spring Steel Strips duly Nickel Plated
Leno Doup Healds having slotted Doups (Super Doups) are used
particularly for Leno Weave from simplest weave to complicated weave.
For simple Weave, Moon type Doup Healds are used
