Take 1/2 tbs Dark Forest Long Pepper Powder with 1/2 tbs of rock salt and boil in one and half glass of water and cook for 15 mins and then filer and drink for relief in sinus, congestion and cough. Take about 10 gms of each of Dark Forest Dry Ginger Powder, Dark Forest Tulsi powder and Dark Forest Long Pepper Powder. Add 4-6 small powdered cardamoms. Take this powder with equal amount of honey relieves cough. Take 2 gm Dark Forest Long Pepper Powder with honey for relief in cough & cold.
