Composition:-
Each 10 ml contains:
Terbutaline Sulphate I.P. 2.5 mg
Ambroxol Hydrochloride B.P. 30 mg
Guaiphenesin I.P. 100 mg
Menthol I.P. 5 mg
Colour : Quinoline Yellow

Indications
Liquifies thick secretions
a c Offers effective expectorant action
a c Exherts bronchodilatory action.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Children: (2-6 years.) - 1 teaspoonful or as directed by the physician.
Children: (Above 6 years.) i? 1-2 teaspoonful or as directed by the physician.
Adults: 2 teaspoonful or as directed by the physician.

Contraindications:-
SYRUP is contraindicated for use in patients with known hypersensitivity.

WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS:
Syrup be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders, including ischemic heart disease, hypertension and cardiac arrhythmias; in patients with hyperthyroidism or diabetes mellitus and in patients who are unusually responsive to sympathomimetic amines or who have convulsive disorders. Ambroxol Hydrochloride is required to be advocated with caution in those with peptic ulceration, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction.

DRUG INTERACTIONS
The concomitant use of Terbutaline with other sympathomimetic agents is not recommended, since the combined effect on the cardiovascular system may be deleterious to the patient.
