Key Features

We are providing Metalon GSM from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. A cast, partially cross-linked, nylon 6 material with additives which, like Nylon 66 MoS2 has been modified with an MoS2 filter. This gives excellent wear resistanc, self lubrication and low friction characteristics. It is an ideal material for dynamic bearing application, even at elevated temperatures up to 100A C. These superior mechanical properties, combined with lower moisture absorption, extend its range of uses over Metalon 6 PLA.
