We offer Microfinishing / Lapping Films for Crankshaft, Camshaft, transmission parts, Hydraulic Cylinders and Rotogravure applications. With these film backed Abrasive Rolls, finishes up to 0.05 Micron Ra can be achieved. The biggest benefit of using such film rolls is very high consistency of finishes achieved with them as against Conventional Stone Finishing methods. For accurate, uniform finishing of Hard Chrome surfaces, Ferrite Materials, Diamond Films are used.
