Motor & Electrical Lamination Stamping are made of very high quality material and in various ranges:
(1) Laminations for domestic Mixer Grinder
(2) Laminations for Domestic blenders & Juicers
(3) Laminations for Industrial Application motors such as Stepper Motor (1.8 degree hybrid Stepper Motor) All motor laminations are self locking units which requires no rivets. Tolerances can be maintained exactly as per drawing. Stator ovality is maintained in 20 microns. CRNO & CRNGO steel is used for stator and rotor obtained from reputed manufactures like Nippon, Posco etc. Tools are made in house in state of the art CNC machines. Manufacturing is done on modern presses having a minimum 350 strokes per minute ensuring higher productivity,
