These portable self contained units ensure high speed granulating pulverising, mixing, shreading and chopping of a diverse range of dry and wet materials without using any special attachment. Our machines work on the principle of variable force swing hammer blades that possess both knife and impact edges rotating within a carefully selected screen to control size. The vertical rotor machine works in a synchronized flow path of material. In the comminution process, the material entering the chamber moves to periphery and then travels through the screen tangentially and radially to ensure minimal chocking and temperature rise.
