Non Polution Cyclo Furnace

We are manufacturer, exporter of finest quality cyclonic furnace whose original design was developed in 1942 with the aim to benefit from coal grades that were not ideal for pulverized coal combustion. The non pollution cyclo furnesh or properly speaking non pollution cyclonic furnace achieves peak combustion efficacy as it feeds the coal in a spiral manner into the combustion chamber. When the coal is combusted in the furnace, the volatile parts are burned easily. A typical Cyclonic Furnace is able to provide fresh air to coal particle's surfaces. This is achieved through a thorough mixing of air and particles of coal coupled with adequate turbulence. Basically, these furnaces are used to take benefit of compact furnaces, flexible fuel usage, less amount of fly ash, lower cost & time of fuel preparation and convective pass slagging. In view of higher demands of our products, we invested largely in the manufacturing equipment for producing the finest non pollution cyclonic furnace.
