Our Nylon Pyramid Teabags are a unique type of tea bag where whole leaf teas can be packed. This gives the pleasure of whole leaf tea with the convenience of teabags.

These are manufactured from nylon filter mesh by an ultrasonic sealing process with tag and string attached. Each bag can pack up to 4 grams of whole leaf teas. Nylon filter mesh with mesh openings ranging from 37 to 1500 m is available with us. Nylon filter mesh is compatible with a broad range of solvents.

The width is 140mm and the length is 160mm. The mesh count is 80 mesh per inch. Its unique features include hydrophilic, non-toxic, non-tasteless and being compatible with all ranges of solvents. Our Nylon Pyramid Tea bags have a wide application.

All our tea bags are made of Food Grade Nylon mesh which is FSSAI certified. Pyramid bags are made from nylon strands that are woven into a small net-like mesh, creating holes in the bag much larger than conventional paper bags.

The mesh comprises of holes that are much larger than an ordinary paper bag that allows warm waters to interact with more of the tea leaves, permitting you to release more nutrients, character, and essential oils to your cup of Tea. We can also supply tea bag cloth in slit form ready to use in the filling machine. We can supply tea bags in pyramid type and pillow type with welded tags.
