These Oil Seals are designed according to its application of slow running but with high abrasive power. As the function of the machine is to move in mud, there is major possibility of mud and water moving inside the hub. When water and mud moves inside the hub it corrodes the bearings and the complete steel housing, this in turn ceases the bearing from free movement and thus stops the machine from proper functioning. So in order to prevent the flow of mud and water inside the hub, Oil Seals are used to seal the shaft. According to this application the raw material of these particular seals is carefully chosen with blending 9 different kinds of synthetic rubbers which has the property of high abrasion, easy movement in grease and oils, resistant to chemicals and alkalies, resistant to ozone ,water, air etc. without swelling and to work on high temperature and pressures developed in the shaft due to running in mud.
