Take 500 gm Mahalaxmi Jwari Peeth
Add pinch of salt and 3/4 cup hot water
Mix it properly

With your palms lightly Press as well as rotate the Bhakari
Then place bhakari on hot griddle
Spread water all over the Bhakari and flip it let the watered side cook till u see brown patches
Now flip the Bhakari and place it on direct flame without griddle
Bhakari will begin to puff up
