Running principle: sterile water enters into deoxidizing tank by spouting nozzle via pipe orifice plate for vacuumization, and then enters into water tank by water pump; while syrup enters into syrup tank via pipe orifice plate. The liquid level of syrup tank and water tank is controlled by closed-loop regulating system of floating ball sense switch. Water and syrup separately enters into mixing tank via scale valve and mixing valve after mixed as demands, and then pumped to finished product tank via external plate-type cooler by mixing pump. Material is pre-carbonized before entering into finished product tank, that is, inject CO2 into material. The quantity of CO2 injected to material is controlled by flow control valve. When needed booster pump can start to convey finished product to the filler.
Main Characteristic:
a Adjustable carbonation pressure: carbonation pressure of finished products tank decides reading pressure of filling bowl, and can be adjusted by changing carbonation status, thereby forming the best operation conditions of filler (without starting boost pump).
