Description:

QTouch1202 XYZ-Theta robotic prober is designed to make automatic probing of electrical signals with ease and speed in PCBs having high density pin count devices where manual probing is almost impratical. The probe movements on X,Y,Z directions and as well as at an angle making it possible to measure between 2 test pins as close as 8 mils. The test points co ordinates are either brought in to the system from the CAD data available or it can be easily learnt by using simple vision system and library of device foot prints or with the option of extracting it from the digital PCB images. The prober can be interfaced variety of Test & Measure instruments such as Qmax Testers,DMM, oscilloscope, Incircuit measurement modules with 2,4 or 6 wire measurements with active guard outputs . The System comes with dual monitor having extended features of Image Tagging, Auto Stitching, Analog high way integration, precise collision control, which is real value add to the product.
