The Spareage PCC Style Piston Seal is a robust heavy duty double acting piston seal commonly used for the most demanding high pressure application.
It comprises of a T-Shaped elastomer (NBR) which provides the initial energizing for effective sealing at low and high pressure. The elastomer preloads a PTFE ring against the tube wall and the polyamide back-up ring provides resistance to extrusion to the NBR sealing element.
The PCC seal integrates the benefits of compact design, low friction compact grooves, easy installation and maintenance free long life. See Type BA and BB wear ring data sheets.
