Our SKJ flat die Pellet Mill Machines are our own patent. They are flat die design. And for SKJ3- Series, they have Taper Shape Rollers---our patent, which reduce the friction between the rollers and the die a lot. This lengthen the lifetime of it efficiently.

The flat die pellet mill machine can be used for making biomass pellets from sawdust, straw, stalk, paper, plastic, rice husk and so on. Besides, they can also make feed pellets and fertilizer pellets.

For SKJ3- Series, we have the oil pump matched with the machine, which can lubricate the rollers automatically when they are working.

The diameter of the pellets made by our pellet mill machine can be 2-15mm. Bigger models of our pellet mill machine can also be used for making briquettes, the max diameter of briquettes is 30mm.
