Pharma Sterilizing Tunnel

Sterilizing Tunnel is a tunnel like region, responsible for dry heat sterilization and dehydrogenation of containers, vials, bottles, ampoules etc. The containers are sent to the sterilizing tunnel through a conveyor belt and sterilized with the help of heated air flow, which is generated by means of a fan and a heater. These highly efficient sterilizers make use of laminar air flow to sterilize glass vials/ampoules and bottles. The air flow can be controlled by adapting the rpm of the fan during the heating phase.

Our & tunnel is specially designed as per FDA Norms and cG.M.P parameters. It is fully automatic with PLC and printer Online.
The Tunnel is comprised of fine units:
The infeed drying zone
The sterilizing zone
The cooling zone
The stabilizing zone
The control panel
The infeed drying zone
The drying zone creates thermal barrier between vial Washing and Sterilizing Chamber, to protect the vials from contamination and pre heat the vials. The pressure difference adjusted for some hot air to flow from sterilizing zone to drying zone as a result of drying and pre heating of the vials take place.
The sterilizing zone
The sterilizing zone is fully installed and can be heated up to temperature of 350 Degree C. Heat is generated by Incoly DS material heating elements. The sterilizing time of the vials is function of the air temperature and air velocity The air velocity is adjustable.
