Garnet Carding machine: To open the fibres and form a thicker and randomized web.
Cross Lapper To cross lay the web to desired thickness and width.
Moving apron: To carry the properly laid web and to adjust the GSM of the batt. Wind, cut & Doff: To roll the batt and feed to stuffer.
Stuffer : To stuff the batt finally into three side pre stitched shells.
