Growth Chamber with provision for automatically controlled Temperature
and Humidity fitted with Illumination system. This Environmental
chamber will be triple walled construction with inner of STAINLESS
STEEL sheet and outer chamber of mild steel sheet. Glass fiber
insulation in between the outer two walls. Finished externally with
white sprayed enamel. Provided with two doors. Inner of full view glass
and outer of double walled insulated sheet steel. The outer door is
fitted with magnetic gasket to prevent atmospheric infiltration.
Effective equalization of the chamber temp. & humidity is
maintained by a smooth running multivaned blower fan, which furnished a
constant air circulation. The fan operates independently and
continuously to keep air circulating evenly. Special cares is taken to
make the incubator absolutely vibration free.
A hermetically sealed type refrigeration compressor 'KIRLOSKAR" MAKE,
eco friendly, CFC free is located at the bottom for obtaining temp.
below room temp. The cooling coil is vertically mounted at the back
side of the working chamber and forced air is thrusted and
re-circulated through the same chamber for attaining uniformity. Sealed
type Nichrome coiled heaters are placed in the path of moving air. The
coil works at black heat to ensure longer life. Himidication is caused
by producing stem vapour with a steam generator.Illuminations
Suitable illumination with fluorescent lamps will be fitted in 2 side
walls which can be controlled by an IMPORTED Timer 0 - 24 hrs.
The automatic temp. & humidity controlling system have been
incorporated in these Environmental chamber basing on WET BULB AND DRY
BULB principles. R.H. can be observed directly in the Digital display.
Both Temperature and Humidity will be controlled by a Digital
Temperature & Humidity Controller. Temperature range from 5 oC to
50 oC, +- 1 oC and R.H. from above ambient to 95% RH., +- 3% RH.
Control panel is positioned at the top of the instrument at an easy eye
level and consists of Digital Indicator cum Controller, indicating
lamps for illumination, temp. and humidity, main indicating lamp and a
voltmeter to show the actual input voltage. This Environmental Chamber
will be supplied with 1 No. perforated tray adjustable in heights.
Operated on 220/230 V. single ph, A.C. mains only.
