Features :
Shell : Standard ERW pipes or rolled from tested quality steel pipes.
Tubes : Seamless copper 1/2a or 5/8a od tubes are roller expanded into tube sheets at both ends.
Fins : 36 g thk. made from aluminium with 12 FPI.
Tube sheets : SA-285 Grade a Ca or IS 226 or equivalent material.
Water Baffles : Steel baffles placed to suit the design requirements. A zig-zag passage over the bank of tubes provide efficient heat transfer.
Design Pressures : 10 kg/cm2 on shell side and 7 kg/cm2 on Tube side.
Test Pressures : 16 kg/cm2 on shell side (Nitro test) and 10 kg/cm2 on tube side.
Finish : All Plate Fin Tube Heat Exchangers have a rust-preventive primer finish of red oxide paint.
