The total solution for this is our own developed BIOPOLYMER- Lingo Cellulose Acetate(LCA) . LCA is derived from pseudo stem of banana tree treated properly with glycerol and any starch extract. Banana stem are generally Lingo Cellulosic consisting of helically wound cellulose micro fibrils in amorphous matrix of lignin and hemi cellulose with a high content cellulose and low content fibre. This imparts desirable mechanical properties for bast fibres. Lignin content helps in colour retention and glossy surface of decorative concrete. They are useful as surface Active Agents, Emulsifier, Plasticizers , adhesive photographic film.LCA is mixed with ratio 1:1 to 1:2 with metal Silica agent (low-cost) which acts as an encapsulation agent in the micro pores on this surface there by reducing the atmospheric effect on surface. With its use during mortar preparation, there is no requirement of extra surface application after post production like lacqure, pu coating and other epoxy chemicals.
