COMPOSITION:  Each 1 ml contains: Progesterone B.P. 100 mg In MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) Oil Base Each 2 ml contains: Progesterone B.P. 200 mg In MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) Oil Base MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Maintenance of endometrium.Assists implantation of embryo in the endometrium. Maintains the balance between progesterone and estrogen i.e., controls the excess estrogen.  INDICATIONS:   Maintenance of Pregnancy In Threat of Abortion Recurrent/Habitual abortion Luteal Phase DefectIVF or IUI cycles DOSAGE: In Threatened Abortions : The recommended dose is 200 mg immediately, then daily for 7-10 days. Maintenance of Pregnancy: Recurrent / Habitual abortion, Luteal Phase Defect: The recommended dose is twice weekly or as required. Injections of 100 - 200mg from day 9, until 12-14 weeks of pregnancy when secretion of Progesterone from is generally well established.
