Structure
ZL series Long Bag Pulse dust collector is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash bucket, supporting legs, filtering bag and blowing device, ash discharging device. The features of this structure are:
1. Upper box is devided into thousands chambers. In order to realize off-line cleaning dust and maintenance, each chamber has equipment 1 lifting valve.
2. Pneumatic vent valve is controlled by air cylinder. The advantages are reliable operation, fast speed of on/off, without any leakage of air.
