Key Features:
The hot melt adhesive is melted through Melter and applied directly to the first substrate either by engraved roller or full coating, thereafter, In case of bonding materials; the second substrate is laminated to the first and bonded layers are cooled by making contact with the water-cooling rollers.
The oil-inside engraving roller supplied is of 250 mm diameter, which gives precise dot distribution and uniform glue application.
