Pvc Insulated Telecommunication Cables

We provide our valued customers top class PVC Insulated Telecommunication Cables best suitable for telecommunication connection, EPABX or PBX system. These PVC Insulated Telecommunication Cables are best used on DC battery systems. The Cables provided by us contains apt insulation enables the user for 70oC continuous operation. Our Telecommunication Cables are tightly lapped with a PVC tape and applied with an overlap of 30%. The color of the sheath in single pair and in case of Unarmored Multi paired of our Cables are grey, but in case of armored cables it is available in black color.

Conductor :
The conductor is annealed, tinned electrolytic high conductive copper wire. The conductor is always used in solid condition.

Insulation :
The PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) covers over the conductor is called insulation and is provided by extrusion process only. The insulated conductor is called core. The insulation is suitable for 70oC continuous operation.

Twinning (Twisting) :
Two insulated conductors which are called pair are uniformly twisted together with a right hand lay. The twisted pair laid up to form a symmetrical and compact cable, now the pairs stranded and twisted in left hand lay for making a Multipair.

Common Covering :
The cable (laid up pair) is tightly lapped with a PVC tape applied with an overlap of 30%. This facility is not available in single pair.
