It also neutralises the acid and facilitates gas passage, reducing stomach discomfort. Racazole D Capsule is taken without food in the prescribed dose and duration. Your dose will be determined by your condition and how you respond to the medication. You should continue to take this medication for as long as your doctor recommends.
